man it's incompetent people like you who are keeping us so steadily in queue all the time. morons call in because they can't configure their modems and rather than help with this, you just say, "oh don't worry about it" and they are online. well that's fine and all, but two days later the connection stops working,they call back and someone has them power cycle and reset modem and once again they are online. but without configuring the modem, the trend continues and they keep calling, which keeps us in queue. and while i realize that, yes, the config site is glitchy at best, and has not worked *properly* in months, it DOES work you just have to know a few tricks. do your damn job i want vto once in a while and people like you don't help.
